FAQ
Which DPI should I choose?
72 DPI is fine for screen viewing and web use. 150 DPI gives a good balance of quality and file size. 300 DPI is recommended if you plan to print the images or need high detail — note that 300 DPI produces much larger files.
JPG or PNG — which should I use?
JPG produces smaller files and is ideal for photos and mixed-content pages. PNG is lossless and better for pages with text, diagrams, or sharp edges where you want pixel-perfect quality.
Can I convert only specific pages?
Yes. Enter your page numbers in the Pages field — for example "1-3, 5, 8" — and only those pages will be exported. Leave the field blank to convert all pages.
Is there a page limit?
No hard limit. Large PDFs with many pages at 300 DPI may be slow on older devices due to the memory required. For most documents the conversion is near-instant.
Are my PDF files kept private?
Yes. All conversion happens entirely in your browser using PDF.js. No PDF file is ever uploaded to any server. Your documents remain completely private on your device.
